Nick brings nearly two decades of expertise in political action, cause marketing, digital strategy, and product development to Turn It Blue Digital. Boasting an impressive 85%+ win rate at the ballot box, he provides guidance on cutting-edge digital programs for candidates, causes, and non-profit advocacy clients across the country. Prior to establishing Boulder Strategies in 2014 and Turn It Blue Digital in 2018, Nick served as the National Political Director and Director of Electoral Programs / Independent Expenditures for former DNC Chairman Governor Howard Dean and his PAC.

A proud graduate of the University of Colorado, Nick resides in Boulder with his wife, daughter and dog.

BETH CLAYTON

Beth hails from the vibrant city of Birmingham, Alabama, and presently calls Gadsden, Alabama, her home, where she resides with her husband and their lively daughter. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the prestigious Auburn University (passionately cheering on the Tigers with a resounding "War Eagle!") and later attained her Juris Doctorate from the esteemed Birmingham School of Law.
Beth has worked on political and advocacy efforts at all levels, starting as a canvasser and phone banker in college and going on to manage both legislative and statewide campaigns. Before partnering with Nick to co-found Turn It Blue Digital, she helped lead Boulder Strategies as the company's Chief Operating Officer.

STEVEN SHERRY
Head of Business Partnerships
Steven Sherry is a seasoned strategist and business development professional. Prior to joining Turn It Blue, Steven co-founded NewWave Strategies, where he demonstrated a knack for fundraising, institutional relationship building, and growth. 
A California native, Steven has a degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, Outside of work he enjoys being outdoors and finding good hazy IPA's.

KATE WILLIAMS
Head of Client Success
Prior to joining Turn It Blue, Kate was the principal of KGW Consulting—a firm specializing in pre-candidacy work, establishing campaign infrastructure, and preparing progressive candidates and organizations to launch and run successful campaigns.
Kate currently resides in Northern Virginia with her husband Andrew and daughter Amelia, and enjoys gardening, trying new recipes, and hosting friends for fancy cocktails.
